Meet Shimul, the founder of Bengal Bowls. Proud to bring Bengali-infused culture and cuisine to the North Country! After living in the North Country for twelve years, and sharing countless meals with community, her Bengali inspired cuisine, spice mixes, infused ghees (and more) will finally be available at the Potsdam Food Co-op starting in September.
